The objective of the project is to enhance international cooperation by transferring the EU’s knowledge and experience in sustainability and circular economy principles, focusing mainly on the automotive sector, energy transition, and professional profiles related to this transition.

The VoiceGuard project aims at supporting and protecting whistleblowers across the EU. It addresses inconsistencies in the transposition and implementation of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (2019/1937) by offering a harmonized and secure support structure. The project provides legal, psychological, and practical services, such as a 24/7 whistleblower hotline, AI-guided secure reporting, and capacity-building for key stakeholders (e.g., compliance officers, HR/legal professionals, journalists, NGOs, policymakers).

DIPS
DIPS aims to develop an innovative Master’s program to train students in designing inclusive, safe, and sustainable public spaces in Paraguay, Ecuador, and Argentina. The curriculum will address gaps in urban planning education, offering 10 courses (8 compulsory, 60 ECTS credits) developed collaboratively by Latin American and European universities. The project strengthens ties between universities and the labor market by involving civil society organizations and public authorities in curriculum design and offering internship opportunities. It also enhances digital skills for academic staff and students through a new virtual platform, “FreeAccess City,” supporting interactive learning and research. Students will participate in governance reforms to ensure equity and inclusivity in higher education and public space design. The project fosters cross-regional collaboration and raises awareness about the right to safe public spaces for marginalized groups, aligning with EU goals for sustainable development and social inclusion.
BIOTECTURE
BIOTECTURE aims to develop an innovative curriculum for Vocational Education and Training (VET) to train professionals in bioclimatic architectural design in Morocco. The program integrates traditional Moroccan building techniques with modern sustainable practices, offering modular courses that combine theory, practical training, and digital tools. By equipping VET trainers and learners with green and digital skills, the project strengthens the link between education and labor market demands, fostering Morocco’s green transition and supporting eco-friendly construction.
