The University of Alicante was the host of an exciting Educational Workshop for the Erasmus+ project “GeoDRR” for the week between 12 and 16 of June. The training hosts and the project coordinator warmly welcomed the partners and a series of lectures, workshops, and practical sessions took place afterwards.

With participants from various countries, this Workshop aimed to provide academic, administrative and technical staff from partner countries’ HEIs with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to effectively undertake the development of the MTP in their institutions.

Our project recognises the importance of equipping staff in partner countries’ HEIs with the required knowledge and skills to successfully deliver the MTP programme. Through tailored capacity building activities, including study visits and on-site training, the respective staff will gain expertise in MTP issues, teaching methods and use of digital tools. These activities are designed in order to promote transfer of knowledge and ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
